Poprč, semi-hard, full-fat cheese, dairy- and full-flavour. It is named after green pepper, which is added in the form of whole and ground grains. These give the cheese an interesting and unique look and a slightly spicy aroma. With maturation, the taste becomes more intense, but it remains fresh. It is matured on wooden shelves under controlled conditions. It is daily manually turned, which additionally contributes to the high value of the product.
A wheel of cheese weighs about 600 g.
