Kober semi-fat cheese is made from pasteurized, non-homogenized, partially skimmed milk with 1.8% milk fat using soft cheese technology.
It has a milky taste, is light yellow in color and has a soft, elastic texture with a very mild, milky taste. In cross-section, there are no eyes or they are small and rare.
It ripens for 21 days under controlled conditions on wooden shelves, where it is turned by hand every day.
A wheel of cheese weighs about 600 g.
